TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms of Service
1. Reservation
- Reservations can be made by phone or email.
- You can keep (provisional reservation) up to 3 slots.
- At the keep (temporary reservation) stage, if we do not hear from you one week before the reservation date, we may cancel it.
- Please note that this reservation will be decided first.
2. Fees and payment
- A 20% surcharge will be added to the regular rate for use on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and after hours on weekdays.
- If you cancel after confirming your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the reservation time.
- For the first time use, the payment method will be bank transfer in advance by the specified date or cash on the day.
3. Hours of use
- Normal operating hours are 9:00-19:00.
- Please contact us directly for use after hours.
- The usage time is the time from entering the room to leaving the room (from loading to unloading).
- Even if you start later than the reserved time, you will be charged from the reserved time.
- Extensions are available in 30 minute increments. Please note that we may refuse your request depending on the reservation status.
4. Studio support
- No studio assistant. Please note that we cannot assist with filming or loading/unloading.
- In principle, you can move in from 15 minutes before the reservation. Please note that you may not be able to enter the room due to the previous customer's shooting or maintenance.
- We can also receive and collect packages other than the shooting day. However, since the staff is not stationed in the studio, we cannot respond outside the hours specified by our company. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
5. Other Provisions
5.1 Prohibitions
- Fires・Special photography of cigarettes and other objects is generally prohibited. (Please contact us in advance if you wish)
- If you wish to use smoke, please contact us in advance.
- We also refuse photography that violates public order and morals.
- Please check in advance if you use a generator.
- Smoking is prohibited in the studio. Please smoke in designated smoking areas.
- Please refrain from using audio at high volume.
- If we find that the shooting content differs from the one at the time of reservation application, if we find an act that disturbs the neighborhood, or if we judge that it is in violation of the terms of use, we may stop using it even during the shooting. . In that case, the normal fee at the time of application will be charged.
5.2 Management of studio furniture and equipment
- Please restore the status quo after shooting.
- Many of the furniture and equipment in our studio are precious vintage items, so please handle them with care.
- Avoid moving furniture unnecessarily. If the furniture is damaged, repair or compensation will be required.
- Always use at least two people when moving large pieces of furniture.
5.3 Treatment of walls and floors
- Please do not use nails or screws on the walls, floors, ceilings, etc., or use strong tapes that may damage the walls. If damage occurs, repair or compensation will be required.
5.4 Garbage disposal
- Please take all the garbage that comes out after using the studio with you.
5.5 Management of valuables and equipment
- Please note that the studio will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of photography equipment or valuables brought in.
5.6 Copyright Notice
- The paintings, posters, etc. installed in the studio may be copyrighted. Please be mindful of copyrights and take responsibility for your own photography.
5.7 Parking
- There is no parking lot in the studio, so please use nearby coin parking.
6. Responsibilities when using the studio
- Please note that we will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or force majeure natural disasters while using the studio.
- The studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during use.
- For shooting outside the studio, please apply and obtain permission directly on your side.
- By accepting a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions.
Terms of Use for Each Studio
Studio 3
- This studio is located in the semi-industrial zone of the Minato Ward Zoning District, Tokyo.
Studio 4, 11, 12
- This studio is located in the neighborhood commercial zone of the Taito Ward Zoning District, Tokyo.
- As the neighborhood is a residential area, please be sure to consult us in advance if you plan to obtain a road use permit to shoot on the road in front of the building or to load and unload in the early morning or at night.
Studio 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, Outside Location 1
- There are areas in the studio where shoes are strictly prohibited. Please only wear shoes for shooting.
- Please note that noise may occur when the ironworks is in operation.
- As the building is old, some rain may leak. Please note.
- Please be careful not to enter any areas other than the ironworks studio.
Please note that shooting outside the premises is not related to this studio. For road use permit applications, please refer to the Kanagawa Prefectural Police website.

Studio 10
- This studio is located in the neighborhood commercial district of the Taito Ward Use Zone in Tokyo.
*This studio has introduced a self-check-in system for customers who are taking still photos, without staff present to guide them.
(Staff will be present when you leave.)
Details will be provided at the time of reservation.
*Even with the self-check-in system, you can enter the studio 15 minutes before your reservation time, but please note that if you are confirmed to enter earlier than that, an additional fee will be charged.

- As the neighborhood is a residential area, customers who plan to obtain a road use permit to shoot on the road in front of the building or load and unload in the early morning or at night must contact us in advance.
- The street in front of the studio is a private road, so please be careful of noise and smoking.
Studio 16
- Our studio is located in the semi-industrial zone of Ota Ward, Tokyo.
- As the neighborhood is a residential area, customers who plan to obtain a road use permit to shoot on the road in front of the building or load and unload in the early morning or at night must contact us in advance.
- The street in front of the studio is a private road, so please be careful of noise and smoking.
- If you are coming by car, please be careful when loading and unloading low-height vehicles as there are some elevation differences in the gravel road in front of the studio.
Vintage Furniture Studio

- Our studio is located in the commercial district of Sumida Ward, Tokyo.
[Furniture information]
- All furniture in the studio is for sale and will be replaced at any time. Please contact us in advance to check whether the furniture you need for your shoot is available.
- Some furniture in the studio cannot be moved. Please refer to the "List of furniture that cannot be moved" for details.
- Some rare vintage chairs cannot be seated on. They can be used if no one is sitting on them during the shoot. Please refer to the "List of items that cannot be seated" for details.
[About damage]
- If you damage any furniture or small items in the studio, we will ask you to buy them back at the selling price. Please use with caution.

4. Studio support
- Please note that as this is an actual store, we will not be able to accept or collect parcels on the day of or after the photo shoot.
- Our studio is located in a commercial zone area in the Sumida Ward zoning zone in Tokyo.
Points to note in the store
- The rugs, lighting, stepladders, etc. shown in the photos on the website are not arranged as shown in the photos. They are all gathered in the store, so please set them up and return them to their original state yourself.
- For security reasons, cameras are installed in the store. If you would like to turn off the camera, please contact us in advance.
- Store staff may irregularly perform clerical work. They do this in the back, so we do not think it will interfere with your use, but we ask for your understanding.
- The back side of the store counter is not available for store management, and during usage hours, studio staff who are available on the day may work behind the counter for store management.
- This store is rented out as a studio. The positions of books in the store are divided by shelves, so please refrain from moving books. If you move them, please be sure to return them to their original location.
- There is a cat in the store. Please be careful if you have allergies.
Other points to note
- The area in front of the store is for loading and unloading only. Please note that parking and parking are prohibited.
- As the neighborhood is a residential area, please be mindful of the installation of equipment in front of the store, noise, and smoking.
